Welcome to the third edition of Sajf—our annual celebration of summer, set once again in the heart of our rustic olive grove.

Continuing our tradition of meaningful collaborations, we're partnering with The Master Cellar, with Stephan Cassar of Cassar Camilleri Ltd. leading a guided tasting of five distinctive sparkling wines, each accompanied by his expert insight.

This charming stand-up event features high round tables for guests to wander and enjoy, promising an unforgettable evening of fine fizz, flavourful food, and warm ambiance—with a hint of sparkle in every bite and sip.
